Cancellations
A 25% deposit with all bookings is required to secure transfers once availability is confirmed by the company and submitted along with your groups final itinerary - with the remainder of the quotation you received payable 14 days before the date of hire commences, unless otherwise agreed.
Late bookings can be accommodated up to 24 hours before hand - again subject to availability.
You can pay your deposit, balance or full amount via our secure online payment system.

The following will apply if you the hirer wishes to cancel the hire agreement...
Hire Deposit
- 10 Days before 10% Loss of deposit
- 9-6 Days before 15% Loss of deposit
- 5-3 Days before 25% Loss of deposit
- 2-1 Days before 50% Loss of deposit
- Day of hire 85% Loss of deposit
- Arrival of coach/bus at pick up point 100% loss of deposit
Where the drivers accommodation has been pre-booked and paid for in full by the company - you the hirer are liable for a complete refund of the cost to the company.
